• The redesign will be reviewed through a draft pull request before any production merge.
• Reversion can be completed by restoring main from the backup branch or reverting the redesign merge commit.

Phase 1 — Foundation

• Build a lightweight cinematic motion system.
• Add reduced-motion and mobile fallbacks.
• Preserve accessibility, SEO and fast first load.
• Keep normal HTML content beneath visual layers.

Phase 2 — Homepage 3D experience

• Human silhouette representing the unconscious mind and neuroscience.
• Gold and blue neural pathways, particles and subtle depth movement.
• Scroll-responsive camera and light movement.
• Retain all current homepage content and calls to action.

Phase 3 — Hesed Knowledge Vault

• A 3D symbolic journey from trials, temptations and failures toward reflection, resilience, healing, meaning and impact.
• Interactive pathway into the Wisdom Vault.
• Existing collection and article navigation remains accessible and indexable.
• The Vault represents Jumh Tantri’s human journey and the insights compiled through lived experience and professional practice.

Phase 4 — Ask Hesed concierge

• Information and navigation assistant, not an automated therapist.
• Answers from approved Hesed website content and FAQs.
• Direct links to relevant articles, services, Setmore availability and booking.
• Clinical boundaries, privacy notice and crisis-routing safeguards.
• API credentials must remain server-side and never be embedded in browser JavaScript.
